*60% deposit is required immediately after booking. Deposit amount is non-refundable.
Charissadidmymakeup Terms and Conditions
A 60% deposit will be withdrawn immediately after booking an appointment to secure date and appointment time. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of scheduled appointment. The remaining balance has to be paid via cash or zelle before I start the makeup process.
DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. The ONLY exception is if I am unable to make your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling :
- If you change your mind about your appointment and wish to cancel it please send me a courtesy text to let me know so that i can reopen back the time slot for someone else. If you change your mind about your appointment and wish to cancel it and dont send me a courtesy text I will consider it as a no call no show and you will not be able to make any future appointments. For both scenarios you WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND FOR YOUR DEPOSIT
- If for any reason you have to reschedule your appointment, you MUST notify me 48 hours before your appointment via text in order for the booking deposit to be credited for the new appointment. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
- You can ONLY reschedule ONCE and the new appointment has to be within 20 days of your original appointment in order for the booking deposit to be credited. ANYTIME after 20 days you will need to set a new appointment and pay a new deposit of 80% of service charge.
- If you inform me about canceling your appointment after 48 hours, the deposit amount is NON-TRANSFERABLE and you will need to set a new appointment and pay 80% deposit of service charge.
- You can not reschedule after the original appointment date has passed.
- If you cancel less than 24 hrs of your appointment you will be charged the full service and the next time you schedule an appointment you will need to make an 80% deposit to secure your date and time.
Travel Appointments :
Travel fee is added on to all packages. Please email me if you wish to book a travel appointment. Travel fee must be added on to the deposit amount in order for appointment to be secured. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Last minute appointment :
Within 36 hrs
requires 90% deposit and $25 added to service cost.
if you let me know 30 mins ahead of appointment time I will give you an 8 min grace period. Client must be seated in chair on the 8th min. After the 8th min a late fee of $35 will be charged to service no exceptions. AT/OVER 10 mins the appointment WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION. If you do not communicate with me that you are running late I will count it as a no call no show and you will not be serviced. You will not get a refund for your deposit and you will not be able to transfer the deposit. You will also be charged the full service cost.
No call No show :
will be charged full service cost. NO REFUND and will not be allowed to book again.
Before appointment :
Please come to your appointment with a CLEAN face.
No face oils
Please have facial hair and eyebrows groomed for best finished results.
Appointment package cannot be changed on the day of the scheduled appointment.
Text me when you are at location so I could open the door.
I am unable to perform makeup service if you have the following :
- Cold symptoms
- Runny nose
- Open wounds
- Open scars of face
- Pink eye
- Fresh bruising
- ANY type of bleeding of
- Cold sore breakout
- Open sores
- limited phone usage
- No children
- No animals
- No extra guests (unless they are being serviced next)
* an additional $50 cash up front will be added for extra guest thats not being serviced
